The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about which data we process when you visit this website, for which purposes and on which legal basis.

2. Overview

This website uses no cookies, stores no information on your device and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and all other components of the site are loaded from our own web server; no connections to third-party servers are established when the site is accessed. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.

We process personal data only in the cases described below: during the technical retrieval of the website and when you contact us by e-mail or by telephone.

This website is an offer at consulting.maafin.de. The privacy notices published there apply to the main website www.maafin.de.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany) on servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.

The following data is processed automatically on every access to the website:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
  • browser used and its version, and operating system
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page)

Purpose: delivery of the website and ensuring stability and security, in particular defence against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless and secure provision of the website.
Retention: log files are deleted after no more than seven days. Longer storage occurs only in individual cases where necessary to clarify a specific attack.

4. Contact by e-mail or telephone

This website does not offer a contact form. We do not collect any form data through the website itself. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. E-mails to office@maafin.de are received and stored in a mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM (see section 3) on servers in Germany.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention: we delete the data once your enquiry has been finally processed, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) prevent this.

This website contains links to websites of other providers, in particular to the main website www.maafin.de. Data is only transmitted when you click such a link; the respective provider is responsible for processing on the linked pages.

6. Recipients

The sole recipient of your data is our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM, which acts on our behalf. Data is disclosed to other third parties only where we are legally obliged to do so.

Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de.

8. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.

9. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. The website is delivered exclusively via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
